about

The Alchemist is one of my favorite producers. When I was going through my divorce some years ago, many of his beats were like a personal soundtrack to regaining some peace and clarity within my life.

The Alchemist is definitely in my top 10 list. (J Dilla holds the number one spot. Some of my other favorite producers include Havoc, DJ Premier, Q-Tip and Kanye West. No ID. I haven't organized or put these producers in any order yet. Probably wont.)

I figured, why not personally give The Alchemist his flowers while he is still doing his thing? So, I re-recorded my latest EP, Crisis Mode, over beats that he produced for other artists. Shout out to Havoc, Curren$y, Benny The Butcher and any other original artists whom officially used these beats. Apologies if I missed anyone.

Enjoy.

Peace!
